Services

EPDM Roofing
Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (M-class rubber) is manufactured into large sheets for application to insulation on a roof. The material can be loose laid and ballasted with rock or pavers to hold the membrane in place.

TPO Roofing
Thermoplastic Polyolefins are typically fleece backed sheet membranes that are adhered with adhesives to insulation. These products are typically white in color, and may be reinforced. There may or may not be a topping system used on these systems.

Sheet Metal Roofing
Stiles Roofing has a full service custom sheet metal shop. It is important to consider the application and what your expectations and needs are when choosing sheet metal roofing.

Liquid Applied Roof System
Our system is intended to be a sustainable, seamless, monolithic roof membrane that is applied as a liquid but cures in a 100% solid form. It is a fully adhered, waterproof barrier, with exceptional hail ratings. This system offers long-term protection while extending the roof’s life.

MODIFIED BITUMEN ROOFING
These are multi-ply roofing membranes made from asphalt modified with polymers to enhance flexibility, strength, and durability. Installed via cold adhesive, torch down, or hot asphalt applications they provided reliable waterproofing, resistance to UV exposure and heavy foot traffic.
STAFF

Built Up Roofing
This is a more traditional roofing assembly consisting of multiple layers of asphalt and reinforcing felts that create a durable, redundant, waterproof membrane. It can be covered/finished with a protective surfacing such as gravel, or a granulated cap sheet. THis was the roof system for decades! These are long lasting roof systems, and if maintained can become a sustainable roof system.
